Communications strategy to promote land rentals in Ethiopia
This communications strategy aims to ensure that a coherent and unified message is delivered by the four regional Land Administration and Use Bureaus, and that all LIFT products and materials work towards achieving change of rural landholders’ behaviour. More specifically, it aims to increase landholders’ ability and willingness to rent out their landholdings after receiving their second level certificate.
